Favorites to Win the 2021 Vezina Trophy
Connor Hellebuyck was an easy selection for the 2020 Vezina trophy as the Winnipeg Jets netminder was a force all season long. He finished the season with a 2.57 goals against average and a stellar .922 save percentage, which were surprisingly both shy of his career best from 2017-18.
"He's been dynamic in that net."

Regardless, the Vezina trophy was his, and this upcoming season the American tender should be right in the thick of the race.
After Hellebuyck, at this point, is anyone's guess and according to some sportsbooks, a couple of the favorites may surprise you.

The New York Rangers Igor Shesterkin is on the radar to be the best goalie in the league next year. Makes sense why the team bought-out Henrik Lundqvist, considering Shesterkin is ready to take the lead role. The former 4th-round pick will be given the starters net and will battle it out with fellow Russian, Alexandar Georgiev for the Rangers full-time position.
Are you surprised by this? With saves like these and a little lottery luck, the Rangers could be a force in the Eastern conference next season.
