Vancouver Canucks Sign RFA Forward
The Vancouver Canucks have announced they have signed restricted free agent, Justin Bailey to a one-year contract worth $750,000. The 25-year-old was originally a 2nd-round pick of the Buffalo Sabres back at the 2013 draft.

Bailey spent last season mostly with the Utica Comets in the AHL, where he collected 28 goals in 53 games and managed to appear in two games for the Canucks, unfortunately not registering a point.
Bailey's AHL production has been off the charts ever since he turned pro, but it has not transferred into NHL success as of yet. In 65 career NHL games, he has only nine points in limited minutes played. Bailey once had three hat-tricks in four games, and the Canucks are hoping he's going to play his way into their bottom-six forwards.
