Anthony Duclair Getting Huge Opportunity in Florida!
The Florida Panthers are a much different team this season after a few of their veterans departed in the offseason. Their management team grinded to find ways to improve their offense for 2021 and it looks like the coaching staff is hoping newcomer Anthony Duclair can hit the ground running. Duclair will start on the team's first line this season.

Duclair who spent is offseason training with Auston Matthews and Connor McDavid in Arizona is getting the chance of a lifetime after not really having a 1-A center in Ottawa. Last season for the Senators, Duclair finished the year with 23 goals in 66 games and is hoping to build of those numbers in the Sunshine state. It was the most goals he's scored since 2016, and playing with the Panthers big guns should bode well for the 25-year-old who signed a one-year deal in Florida.
Barkov on skating with Anthony Duclair on Florida's top line: "To play with that type of guy would be awesome. He's fast, skilled and can do a lot of good damage in the offensive zone. To get a good chemistry with him would be amazing."

If things go well for Duclair, who negotiated his own contract this offseason, he may get called back into the general manager's office to chat about an extension with the Panthers.
