Bruins Prank Patrice Bergeron By Giving Brad Marchand The Captaincy

This is an absolutely hysterical prank pulled by the Bruins coaching staff and players. I can't imagine that Bergeron was fooled, but the idea was truly incredible.

The Bruins coaching staff announced the name of their new team captain; Brad Marchand. While Marchand is a fan favorite and has been with the team since 2006, he's not exactly captain material. Maybe that's why he immediately handed off the "C" to the most deserving player in the league, Patrice Bergeron. Definitely a classic prank.
