Flyers Dealt Major Blow As Sean Couturier To Miss Time
As we reported earlier this weekend, the Philadelphia Flyers were expecting to get some brutal news and the team received exactly that, as forward Sean Couturier has a separation in his ribs, and is expected to miss at least a couple of weeks.
With a shortened season, every game is vital for playoff positioning, and the Flyers will rely on some of their other stars to replace the production of the reigning Selke award winning, Couturier.
Injury update: Forward Sean Couturier will be out a minimum of two weeks with a Costochondral separation.

Last season Couturier recorded 59 points in 69 games and looked solid in his first game against the Penguins this week.
Look for the Flyers to move Claude Giroux back to his natural center position and for the team to move Morgan Frost up with the big boys from the taxi-squad. The first round pick from 2017 is foaming at the mouth to get in the lineup and should get his chance next game.
