Golden Knights Sign Defenseman to Three-Year Deal
The Vegas Golden Knights have announced they have signed defenseman Lukas Cormier to a three-year entry-level contract. Cormier was a 3rd round pick, 68th overall at the 2020 draft.

Cormier, a member of the Charlottetown Islanders of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League appeared in 13 games this season before the shut down and recorded 21 points. Last season in 44 games Cormier tallied 36 points.
The two-way defender may be a couple of years away from his NHL debut, but the Golden Knights are thrilled to have Cormier on their depth chart.
