Member of The "Russian Five" Bashes Team Russia

Viacheslav "Slava" Fetisov will always be remembered for breaking hockey's iron curtain after leaving from USSR. He will also be remembered for his time with the New Jersey Devils and as a member of the Detroit Red Wings' Russian Five. His most recent comments about Team Russia are shocking.

Fetisov, also nicknamed "Papa Bear" was an absolute force in the NHL and served as a mentor to many Russian players. He was drafted twice; once in the 12th round of the 1978 NHL Entry Draft by the Montreal Canadians and once in the 8th round of the 1983 NHL Entry Draft by the New Jersey Devils. He did not leave the Red Army Team in Russia until 1988, however.

Fetisov is clearly displeased with his country's performance at the World Junior Tournament and stated that not one member of Team Russia would make Team Canada's roster. I wonder what President Putin thinks about these remarks?
