Monday's Waiver Wire List Biggest in NHL HISTORY!
The 2020-21 NHL season will be like no other and it's certainly started off with a bang. With a 56-game schedule announced, new divisional alignment, new helmet ads, and a couple of outdoor games at Lake Tahoe, the league is doing whatever they can to entertain and financially stabilize their business. Today general manager's were also working the books as there were a historic number of players on waivers on Monday.
The likes of Corey Perry, Mathieu Perreault, Loui Eriksson and Tyler Johnson were some of the surprising names, meanwhile teams like the the Anaheim Ducks and Detroit Red Wings were busy losing and claiming talent.
