Montreal Forward Diagnosed With Concussion: Claude Julien Is Pissed Off
The number of NHL players listed on injury reserve keeps growing. The Montreal Canadiens will be placing a forward on injury reserve after receiving a disgusting hit to the head.
Joel Armia was literally taken off of his feet by Tyler Myers. Myers' shoulder made direct contact with Armia's head. Fortunately, Armia left the ice on his own accord. Canadiens Head Coach Claude Julien said after the game that Armia has been diagnosed with a concussion. He made further comments about the hit and he's extremely pissed off.
Armia tallied one goal and two assists during the game prior to this incident. It seems that the Canadiens have found some mojo, but it will be hard to find a role player to temporarily replace Armia.
