Nashville Signs RFA Forward to Two-Year Deal
The Nashville Predators lineup is getting a boost as the Preds have announced a two-year deal with forward Luke Kunin, worth $4.6 million. The restricted free-agent is one of the last restricted free-agents the team needed to get signed before the season starts and head coach John Hynes will be happy to have Kunin back in the fold.

Kunin was on the ice on Wednesday for the first time which was every insiders clue to a deal being completed. The 23-year-old Kunin was a former first round pick of the Minnesota Wild and made his way to the Predators in a deal for center Nick Bonino back in the fall. In 63 appearances last season Kunin finished with 15 goals and 31 points and is hoping to build off the success this season.
Luke Kunin, signed 2x$2.3M by NSH, has had consistently abysmal underlying numbers so far in his NHL career but also scored at a solid clip last season... Very strange. #PredsNHL pic.twitter.com/SX4uFHg3P9

Kunin is expected to skate within the Preds top-9 forwards and could see some action with center Ryan Johansen. Great deal for both sides.
