The #Pens have canceled their practice and scrimmage today. In a media advisory, they state, "The decision was made out of an abundance of caution due to potential exposure of COVID-19."

This season is going to be like no other and it's hard to say if fans are prepared for it. There's going to be games postponed all over the place, players are going to miss two weeks at a time just for coming into close contact with someone who potentially had COVID and there's going to be nights where you might not recognize a name on your favorite team.
2021 is the year of the taxi-squad and the league is hoping by having this back up plan of players on stand by it will allow games to continue each and every night.
You better hope your team has a deep farm system and some decent back up goalies, because there's no doubt they're going to need them!
