Penguins Provide Update on Kapanen's Status
When the Pittsburgh Penguins acquired Kasperi Kapanen from the Toronto Maple Leafs they were thrilled to land his speed on the wing and insert it directly beside Sidney Crosby. Little did they know they would be waiting this long to see it first hand.
Kapanen has been dealing with Visa issues and has yet to make his way to Pittsburgh. According to his head coach, Mike Sullivan, Kapanen will finally show up tomorrow, but will have to quarantine away from the team for eight days.
One question....why wasn't his Visa issues taken care of long before he attempted to make his way to the United States?
*8-day process. My mistake.
