PHOTO: The Pittsburgh Penguins' Helmet Ads Are Atrocious
There has been spirited debates on whether the NHL should introduce advertisements on their uniforms. Due to the pandemic, increasing revenues and decreasing costs has never been more important. The Pittsburgh Penguins are one of many teams who revealed their helmet sponsorship logos and it is absolutely atrocious.
The Calgary Flames' Scotiabank helmet logo looks sleek and smart Calgary Flames Unveil New Helmet Ads. However, the Pittsburgh Penguins' helmet ads are nothing short of horrible. They're definitely too large and the color coordination does not match their uniforms. Some believe that the NHL should introduce sizing and color guidelines for advertisements next season.
Our friends at @PPG will be the first-ever helmet entitlement partner for the upcoming hockey season.
