The World Junior Referees Are Breaking The Internet

The men in stripes are usually reserved and maintain a low profile, but that has not been the case at the IIHF World Junior Tournament. Wes McCauley is one of the few NHL referees who displays his personality on the ice and would definitely approve of the IIHF referee's pre-game speeches.
