Vancouver Canucks Officially Sign Travis Hamonic
Several former Vancouver Canucks players have signed with the Calgary Flames this season. Instead, Travis Hamonic will move from the Flames to the Canucks after completing a professional try-out and signing a 1 year deal.
The 30 year old blueliner has signed a 1 year, $1.25 million deal with the Vancouver Canucks. Hamonic left the New York Islanders seasons back because he wished to be closer to his family in Western Canada. Although he may no longer be with the Flames, Vancouver is still a short flight away from his family in Manitoba.
