When your team is losing 3-0 in the first period and are being held without a shot, your captain is supposed to step up and try and gain some momentum back. Ryan Getzlaf of the Anaheim Ducks did exactly that on Saturday night.

Getzlaf decided to take things into his own hands and challenged St Louis Blues tough guy Kyle Clifford to a fight. Not often you see a first line center and a fourth line winger tussle like this.
