Connor McDavid Ties Sidney Crosby In The History Books


Move over Sidney Crosby, you have some company. Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid has tied Crosby's feat to become the 8th fastest player to record 500 points, needing only 369 career games.

The play came Wednesday night as the Oilers took on the Winnipeg Jets and McDavid assisted on Jesse Puljujarvi's first period tally. 

The 24-year-old is leading the entire NHL with 32 points and is on pace to easily win the Art Ross trophy. 500 points and still 24-years-old? We are witnessing a special player.
