COVID Outbreak Shuts Down the Minnesota Wild
The Minnesota Wild are the latest team to be dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak as the virus is hitting the league extremely hard at the moment. The Wild had five players added to the protocol list and all their games have been postponed until February 9th.
The league hopes with basically a week long shut down, the team can get the virus under control with some quarantine and isolation.
Minnesota forwards Nick Bjugstad, Nick Bonino, Joel Eriksson Ek, Marcus Johansson, and captain Jared Spurgeon were placed on the league's COVID-19 protocol list Wednesday.
