Video: Ovechkin Dangles Myers, Sets Up Beauty Goal

The Washington Capitals may have lost to the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday 7-4 but no other goal on Sunday was as pretty as the move Alex Ovechkin made to set up Tom Wilson for a tap in. Poor Philippe Myers on this one, hopefully his family wasn't watching.

OV has recently gone up the NHL all-time goal scoring list so we all know he can light the lamp at will but it's his underrated playmaking skills that don't get enough attention. He's approaching 600 career assists, which is nothing to shake a stick at.

So far this season the 35-year-old Ovechkin has produced five goals and seven assists in eight games and is having a stellar start to 2021.
