Anaheim Ducks Dealt Some Brutal News
The Anaheim Ducks will be without defenseman Hampus Lindholm for at least six weeks as the mobile rear-guard will miss time with a fractured left wrist.
The team announced the news on Thursday and now will have to replace his minutes by committee. Lindholm was averaging 22:02 of ice-time a night and in 18 appearances this season has recorded two goals, four assists and spent 16 minutes in the penalty box.

The 27-year-old suffered the injury during Saturday's OT loss to the Vegas Golden Knights as this was his first game back after missing the three previous with a lower-body injury. Some tough luck for this Mighty Duck.
The Ducks are struggling as they sit 26th in the league at the moment and 6-12-5 on the season. Their slide is likely to continue with one of the best players going down. The team has been linked to making some moves via trades so we'll have to keep an eye on how many deals they end up pulling off.
