Rumor: New Jersey Devils to Trade P.K Subban
According to Larry Brooks of the New York Post, the New Jersey Devils have held trade discussions recently surrounding defenseman, P.K Subban.
The Devils are expected to be one of the busiest sellers before the April 12th trade deadline and Subban's name could certainly be involved. The 31-year-old d-man is having himself a decent bounce-back season where he's recorded three goals and 14 points in 29 games.
He's under contract for this season and next at $9 million, so if the Devils are going to move the Toronto native before the deadline, they will be expected to retain some of his salary for the rest of this one and next season.

Subban's bounce-back stems from limiting his mistakes and keeping his game simple. While he can be the best player on the ice some shifts, his costly mistakes piss off his coaches and he's battled making the 'big' mistake is costly moments of the game.
Teams who could potentially be looking to add Subban include the Chicago Blackhawks and Florida Panthers.
