Sabres' Taylor Hall Open to Deadline Deal
When Taylor Hall signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Sabres, the one thing he made sure to include in the deal was a no-movement clause. Hall wanted the keys to his future and by the sounds of it, he's now open to moving on from Buffalo.
According to Wes Crosby of NHL.com, Hall told him he'd be willing to listen to any trade proposals ahead of the April 12th trade deadline.
Buffalo has lost 16 games in a row and it's been a disaster since day one of this season for the Sabres. One of the biggest reasons why Hall signed in Buffalo, which shocked the NHL, was the fact Ralph Krueger was the coach. Well, as we know that's not the case anymore and expect to see Hall moved before the deadline.
The hard part here is to determine his trade value on the rental market. Hall has only scored two goals and has 17 points over 32 games this season. The Sabres are going to be asked to retain some of Hall's $8 million salary in any deal as teams across the league are cap crunched. It just means they will have to overpay and for Sabres fans, that should be music to your ears.

I'm assuming that the Sabres would have to halve Hall's $8-million US AAV to generate a fit... https://t.co/89dB2OArYc
