It's certainly been an up and down year for Domi in his first season with the Blue Jackets after an offseason trade via the Montreal Canadiens. So far in 46 games Domi's produced 19 points and is a -18 rating. He's actually played decent of late, recording five points in his last seven games, however two of those games he barely played (9:22 and 10:14).
It seems like Tortorella loves having at least one player in his dog house this season and right now it's Domi's turn. With all the changes happening around the Blue Jackets roster before the trade deadline, it makes you wonder if there will be a coaching change this summer.
Max Domi and Patrik Laine sure hope so.
