Gotta See It: Penguins' DeSmith With Amazing Diving Save
The Pittsburgh Penguins have a capable back up netminder in Casey DeSmith and he showed off some of his skills on Friday night against the New Jersey Devils after diving across to make one of the best saves of the season.
The play happened in the second period, tied 2-2 when the Devils came down on a 4 on 2. The initial shot was blocked by a Penguins forward and next thing you know the puck ends up on the tape for Devils' forward Jesper Boqvist who thinks he has an open night...
Casey DeSmith has other ideas as we all witnessed one of the best saves of the season.
