Video: Intense Fight During The Flames/Senators Game

The Ottawa Senators and Calgary Flames battled it out on Monday night and while both teams are likely eliminated from playoff contention, the game was as intense as could be. This affair saw a spirited scrap between two big boys in Josh Brown of the Senators and Brett Richie of the Flames.

It all started with Brown bumping Ritchie in the corner and holding his stick with just under a minute left in the first period. You could see him ask if he wanted to go, and sure enough Ritchie was ready for a tilt.

Hockey fights are up roughly 20% this season, however it had been a few nights of no fights. Brett Ritchie and Josh Brown made sure to change that on Monday with this tilt:
