Video: Nathan MacKinnon Kicked Out for Throwing Helmet at Conor Garland

The Colorado Avalanche beat up on the Arizona Coyotes on Wednesday night and that included on the scoreboard and with their own helmets. Yes, you read that correctly, Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon got mixed up with Coyotes forward Conor Garland and ended up throwing his own helmet at him. We knew MacKinnon had a temper but this is next level.

MacKinnon received a 10-minute misconduct, which was an easy way to eject him considering there was only five minutes left and the score was already 8-3 for the Avs.

Expect to see MacKinnon receive a fine for this dumb decision. Entertaining as hell though, take a look:
