Buffalo Sabres GM Confirms Trades Are Coming
Buffalo Sabres general manager Kevyn Adams met with the media on Wednesday and revealed a ton of information. The Sabres recently held their exit interviews and lots of headlines have been made as several Sabres notified management they prefer to move on elsewhere if the team is rebuilding again. Adams confirmed the team will proceed next season 'with the people who want to be here'.
Adams says he was "energized" by comments from young players yesterday: "We are going to get this right with the people who want to be here."

This was a jab at Jack Eichel, Sam Reinhart and Rasmus Ristolainen who all brought their feelings forward. There's an obvious disconnect between the talent on their roster and management's vision so the Sabres head into this offseason, much like the last, with a ton of moves coming.
Adams was also asked about how the Sabres doctors said no to Eichel's request for a specific surgery, saying 'he would make sure to listen to the doctors'. Eichel has served as the team captain for the last three seasons and is expected to be traded this offseason.
Besides Linus Ullmark, Dylan Cozens, Victor Olofsson, Rasmus Dahlin and Jack Quinn, you can consider all the other Sabres to be discussed at some point this offseason as trade bait.
