Edmonton Oilers Clinch Playoff Spot After Another McDavid Masterpiece

Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers are heading to the playoffs as the team punched their ticket in the North Division on Monday night with their victory against the Vancouver Canucks.

The Oilers won the game 5-3, led by some McDavid magic as he finished the game with two goals and two assists. The chase to 100 points is on and getting awfully close as now he sits with 91 points and six games remaining.

McDavid became just the third player in NHL history to record 30 goals and 60 assists in 50 games or fewer, joining two guys named Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux. Never heard of them...
