Tavares is a huge part of the Maple Leafs offense and it was obvious during Game 1 they had trouble regrouping after what took place. The incident has certainly shocked the hockey world, and puts things into perspective pretty quickly.
According to the early reports, all the tests came back clear and Tavares should be on the road to recovery. The Leafs captain will be out indefinitely.
