Video: Ryan Reaves Ejected For Trying to Injure Avs' Ryan Graves

Game 1 between the Vegas Golden Knights and Colorado Avalanche had a little bit of everything including some nastiness. Golden Knights forward Ryan Reaves ended up being ejected from the game after trying to injure Avs' defenseman Ryan Graves.

The play happened in the third period when the game was well out of reach. There was a scrum in front of the net and next thing you know Reaves and Graves were tangled up. Reaves received a match penalty for attempt-to-injure instead of a game misconduct, which means Reaves is suspended indefinitely until a ruling comes down.

Earlier in the game Graves delivered a huge hit on Golden Knights forward Mattias Janmark and knocked him out of the game in the second period. Reaves was obviously trying to seek some revenge but may have taken it a touch too far....you be the judge:
