2 Ottawa Senators Who Could be Dealt This Summer

The Ottawa Senators tried last season to turn their roster over and let's just say it didn't lead to many victories. The team struggled, they dealt with injuries and newcomer Matt Murray wasn't spectacular in the crease. Look for general manager Pierre Dorion to make a couple of moves this offseason to try and get his team back into playoff contention.

2 Senators Who Could be Traded

Evgenii Dadonov: Needless to say it wasn't a great first season for the Russian winger. Dadonov only scored 13 goals in 55 games, and ended up with 20 points on the season. Far cry from his 25 goals last season in Florida which landed him a three-year deal in Ottawa for $5 million per. He doesn't hold any trade protection, and there's a chance he could end up being dealt back to the Sunshine State.

Marcus Hogberg: The pending restricted free agent is still only 26-years-old and at 6'5 is a goalie that a lot of teams have kept their eye on. The Senators are likely to move forward with Murray and Anton Forsberg next season, and Hogberg could end up on a team that lost a goalie to Seattle Kraken's expansion draft. Last season in 14 appearances he posted a 3.74 GAA and a .876 save %. You can't teach 6'5 though...
