Dallas Stars Ben Bishop Agrees to Waive No-Movement Clause
The Dallas Stars have asked Ben Bishop to waive his no-movement clause ahead of the Seattle Kraken expansion draft and sure enough he agreed to. This means Anton Khudobin can now be protected and is surely going to stay in Dallas.

Bishop has battled injuries throughout his career and last season was no different as he didn't play due to rehabbing post knee surgery. He is expected back in action next season and is likely not going to be claimed by the Kraken.
The 34-year-old has two years left on his contract, paying him $4.91 million per season. In his career Bishop has appeared in 413 games, recording a 222-128-36 with a 2.32 GAA and a .921 save %. Needless to say he's been solid for years and the Stars will be happy to have him back should Seattle pass on his services.
This means they can protect Anton Khudobin, while Jake Oettinger is exempt. Not sure if we're ever getting a "healthy Ben Bishop" again, and he has two years left at $4.917M AAV. Interesting long-shot option for the Kraken.
