Mark Giordano Admits Things Don't Feel Right in Seattle
The Seattle Kraken pulled a fast one on the Calgary Flames as the Flames wanted to keep their captain and the Kraken named a sky-high price to do so. Turns out the Flames wouldn't ante up, so now Giordano is a Kraken and Wednesday night at the expansion draft he admitted everything felt weird.
Mark Giordano, appears on stage in a No. 5 #SeaKraken sweater: "I'm not going to lie it feels a little bit different today. ... This is the first day in my career I've ever been drafted."

The Kraken wanted a first and a third round pick to not select the Flames and Calgary wouldn't pay up. Given the fact 'Gio' has one season left on his contract and will be 38 later this year, you can't really blame them. Now it sounds like the New York Rangers are doing what they can to acquire the veteran defenseman and a trade could be the next move. Let's see if 'Gio' finds it weird in the Big Apple.
