Mock Draft 2.0: Seattle Kraken Select Young Roster & Maintain Cap Space
The Seattle Kraken get ready to announce their roster on July 21 and there's some serious talent available across the league. If the Kraken decide they want to select a boat load of young talent and more importantly maintain some serious cap space for the pending free-agents July 28, this is how their roster may look.
Seattle Kraken Mock Draft 2.0:
This team would stay away from the big contracts of Carey Price, Jakub Voracek, Mark Giordano and P.K Subban and have over $27 million in cap space to add free agents at the end of July. The team also would over $57 million in cap space available next summer and have the flexibility to re-sign some of their own or cut ties for new players. The Seattle Kraken have endless possibilities with the unprotected list and our Mock Draft 2.0 paints one of the many available pictures. We'll see what the Kraken's canvas looks like July 21.
