Report: Toronto Maple Leafs Eyeing Martin Jones
The Toronto Maple Leafs need another goalie and apparently have a short list of netminders that include 5 names. According to Darren Dreger of TSN, one of those names in Martin Jones who was recently bought out by the San Jose Sharks.

The Leafs have also been linked to Darcy Kuemper out of Arizona, Braden Holtby out of Vancouver, free agent Petr Mrazek and have kept their door opened for Frederik Andersen.
As for Jones, last season was rough. He finished with a 3.28 GAA and a .896 save % which were among the bottom of the barrel for NHL starters. It's obvious he needs a change of scenery and will be looking to get back to the form he was in the LA Kings. His numbers have declined in every season with the Sharks, as they are not a defensively sound team to say the least.
Look for Jones to receive an offer from the Maple Leafs, and also will have interest from the Chicago Blackhawks if Marc-Andre Fleury decides to retire, or the Washington Capitals who lost a netminder to the expansion draft.
