Rumor: Ryan Suter to Sign With Dallas Stars
The Ryan Suter sweepstakes are coming to an end on July 28th by the sounds of it, and it's expected the veteran defenseman is going to be signing with the Dallas Stars.
Meanwhile, nothing official by any means, but lots of chatter about Ryan Suter and DAL. Suter, of course, also bought out by MIN at same time as Parise. DAL looking to replace Jamie Oleksiak.

Some teams were willing to go to a four-year contract for the 36-year-old, so we'll be curious to see if the Stars were one of them. They recently lost Jamie Oleksiak to the Seattle Kraken and while Suter plays a totally different style, he'll bring a ton of qualities to Dallas.
Last season the defenseman recorded 19 points in 56 games, which was a down season to his standards. He went on to have the final four seasons of his contract bought out by the Minnesota Wild. In 2019-20 Suter recorded 48 points in 69 games, the Stars are hoping he can find his game with a winning atmosphere in Dallas.
