Rumor: Seattle Kraken Trading Forward in Coming Days
The Seattle Kraken won't be holding onto all the players they drafted in the expansion draft. Side deals are on the way and will start to be announced once the trade freeze is lifted. Sounds like some other teams want to get their hands on former Arizona Coyote forward Tyler Pitlick.
Friedman: "I do think there is potentially at least one side deal, Tyler Pitlick who they claimed from Arizona, I think there are some teams looking at him, I think Calgary is, I think Philadelphia has been, so I think he's guy who is probably going to get moved."

Philadelphia tried to lose an expensive contract and that didn't happen, meanwhile Calgary has an extension for Johnny Gaudreau to worry about and the trade rumors surrounding Matthew Tkachuk. Throw in the fact they just lost their captain Mark Giordano to Seattle, and there's a lot going on for the Flames.
Mark Giordano, appears on stage in a No. 5 #SeaKraken sweater: "I'm not going to lie it feels a little bit different today. ... This is the first day in my career I've ever been drafted."
