St Louis Blues Still Working on Tarasenko Trade
The St Louis Blues continue to try and trade Vladimir Tarasenko and have been fielding trade offers now for a few weeks. The team is trying to ensure they don't leave themselves a giant hole on their left side, and want to move the Russian sniper as soon as possible, so they can focus on other things.
The Blues, as my pal @jprutherford has mentioned, remain interested in potentially bringing UFA winger Mike Hoffman back but I think need to move on from Tarasenko first... not sure Hoffman can wait if there's offers from teams Wednesday. But door is mutually open on both sides.

Tarasenko did receive some interest from the Seattle Kraken but a young defenseman like Vince Dunn was too much to pass up. Considering the questions surrounding the health of Tarasenko's shoulder, and his expensive contract with term, you can't blame Kraken general manager Ron Francis for shying away.
Expect to see the Washington Capitals, New York Rangers, Vegas Golden Knights, New York Islanders and Colorado Avalanche in the final mix for Tarasenko, as he holds all the power with a no-trade clause. The 29-year-old has two seasons left on his deal, paying him $7.5 million per season.
