Video: Jack Eichel Reveals One Team He Wants to Play For During Interview
The Jack Eichel sweepstakes are ongoing as Buffalo Sabres general manager Kevyn Adams is busy fielding trade offers from other teams. Meanwhile, Eichel was spotted in Boston recently, cut an interview and let it be known he wants to play for the Boston Bruins.
"Jack, come to Boston!" @sara_underwood interviewed NHL star Jack Eichel for the first Zip Trip of the summer. Did you know he's from North Chelmsford?

The Bruins have some major decisions to make as they are potentially re-signing Taylor Hall, Tuukka Rask and David Krejci. Adding Eichel and his $10 million salary would mean goodbye to Krejci at least. It would be pretty weird for Sabres fans to not only see Eichel playing in Boston but seeing Hall on his left-wing.
If a trade does go down between the Bruins and the Sabres, look for Jake DeBrusk, Brandon Carlo and a first round pick to be included, with potential of a top prospect as well. Adams has made it clear the Sabres want at least three pieces and prefer four to pull the trigger on a shipping out their captain. Well now we know, if it was up to Eichel, he would be heading to Beantown.
