Carey Price To Be Ready For Training Camp
Carey Price is expected to be ready for training camp. Therefore, barring any sudden changes, he will be with the Montreal Canadiens for the start of the regular season. This is big news for the team.
Earlier this off-season, it seemed that Price's injuries were more severe and that he would miss serious playing time. This was also released to the public shortly after Price was exposed at the Expansion Draft. Thankfully though, it is not as serious as we previously thought and he will once again be manning the net for Montreal.🚨🚨🚨Breaking News: As reported by @MAGodin #GoHabsGo HC Dominique Ducharme confirms that Carey Price is expected to be there and ready at the start of training camp, if not in the days that follow. pic.twitter.com/2x5QfCUk0O

Price had his struggles during this past regular season, as he had a 12-7-5 record to go along with a low .901 SV%. However, he completely turned it around during the postseason and was the main reason why the Canadiens made the Stanley Cup Final. During the playoffs, he had a 13-9-0 record, 2.28 GAA and .924 SV%.
When Price is on his game, he is among the best goaltenders in the entire sport. Expect to see him carry over his success from the playoffs to this year's regular season.
