Jimmy Hayes Passes Away At 31

Former NHL forward Jimmy Hayes has passed away at age 31.

Hayes was the brother of Philadelphia Flyers forward, Kevin Hayes. He also leaves behind his parents, three sisters, wife Kristen and two sons.

In 334 games between the Chicago Blackhawks, Florida Panthers, Boston Bruins and New Jersey Devils, Hayes had 54 goals, 55 assists and 109 points. He last played professional hockey with the AHL's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins during the 2018-19 season. In 72 games with the team, he scored 15 goals and had 30 points.
