NHL Head Coach John Tortorella Has a New Job
ESPN is going ratings shopping this summer and have apparently found what they were looking for. The major sports network has signed John Tortorella as a studio analyst as the company is trying to make a name for itself in their return to the NHL next season.

Torts isn't shy of a good quote and does have some studio experience from his time at TSN in Canada. Ideally he would be coaching somewhere for the 2021-22 NHL season but that's not an option at the moment as the offers have been few and far between.
While there's certainly some drama that comes along with the fiery head coach, you can't deny the facts that he's recently swept the Tampa Bay Lightning and beat the Toronto Maple Leafs in the playoff bubble. Regardless, nobody has picked up the phone and called with an opportunity besides ESPN, so Torts takes his talents to your TV set.
