Winnipeg Jets Returning to Full Capacity Next Season
The Winnipeg Jets are looking forward to selling out home games once again at the Canadian Life Centre, this time around there's one condition, only fully vaccinated fans are welcomed next season.
The team released a statement on the matter on Wednesday as it will be great to see fully attended home games in Canada once again. The Stanley Cup Playoffs weren't the same last season without fans in the stands and considering how loud some of the buildings are in Canada, the players will be fired up to hear the crowds. The 2021-22 NHL season will be one for the ages.
The Jets surveyed their season ticket holders and the vast majority made it known they would appreciate the requirement to be vaccinated in order to attend the game. Masks will also be required when fans aren't eating or drinking.
Statement from True North Sports + Entertainment regarding venue vaccination policy.
