Dylan McIlrath Suspended
The results of Dylan McIlrath's hearing with NHL Player Safety have been announced. The 28-year-old defenseman has been suspended for two preseason games and two regular season games for his Illegal Check to the Head on Steven Fogarty last night.

On the play, McIlrath received a five-minute major and game misconduct.
McIlrath, a former first-round pick, is known for his tenacious style of play. In 16 games this past season with the Detroit Red Wings, he was held off the scoresheet and had 23 penalty minutes. In 66 career games between the New York Rangers, Florida Panthers and Red Wings, he has three goals, five points and a notable 121 penalty minutes.
