Logan Brown Wants To Be Traded From Ottawa Senators
According to Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun, Logan Brown wants to be traded from the Ottawa Senators. At this time, he is still a restricted free agent.
Brown was drafted 11th overall by the Senators during the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, but has yet to become a mainstay in their lineup. He only suited up in one game for them this past season and failed to get on the scoresheet. He primarily played for the Belleville Senators instead. In 13 games with them, he scored two goals and recorded nine points.
During the season before, he played in 23 games with Ottawa. He had a goal and eight points in those contests. This is the most amount of time he has spent in the NHL during one season, so it is understandable that he is looking for a change of scenery.
We will have to wait and see if the Senators end up moving the disgruntled center. There definitely should be teams interested in him, as he is a former first-round pick who also comes with size.
