Logan Brown Won't Play For Ottawa Senators This Season
Last week, we reported that Logan Brown wants to be traded from the Ottawa Senators. Things are now getting even more interesting. According to Shawn Simpson, if Brown does not end up getting traded, he will opt to play in Sweden.
The Senators drafted Brown with the 11th pick of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, but he's yet to cement himself a permanent spot in their lineup. In fact, he only suited up in one game for the team this season. Thus, it is apparent as to why he wants a change of scenery.Sens updates on this Holiday Monday.

Lots of chatter that Logan Brown will be moved. One thing for sure, I'm told he's not coming to Ottawa, and will go play in Sweden of he's not moved. That wouldn't be a bad move, and if I'm the Sens I hold his rights, unless a deal is good.
He had his most action in the NHL during the 2019-20 season, when he played 23 games. In them, he scored a goal and had eight points. In total, he has played just 30 NHL games, where he has one goal, eight assists and nine points.
We will have to wait and see if the Senators end up moving the disgruntled 23-year-old center. If not, he will be taking his talents overseas for the season.
