Maple Leafs Robertson Kicked Out of Prospects Game
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nick Robertson is in tough to make the big club and losing his cool is certainly not going to help. Robertson was playing in the rookie tournament in Traverse City, Michigan against the Columbus Blue Jackets and at the end of the game received a major penalty and game misconduct.
Robertson's major penalty put Columbus on the power play for the entire overtime and they ended up scoring with 12 seconds remaining, topping the Leafs 7-6. The Leafs finished the tournament 2-0-2.
As for Robertson, he only played in six games last season with the Maple Leafs and will be on the bubble to make the team in 2021-22. We know moves like this won't impress anyone:
