Rumor: Vancouver Canucks Interested In Tyler Ennis

According to Rick Dhaliwal, the Vancouver Canucks have interest in veteran forward, Tyler Ennis.

Even if the Canucks signed him to just a PTO contract, it could be an interesting move. Ennis has a lot of overall NHL experience and could fight for a spot in their bottom-six.

In 30 games this past season with the Edmonton Oilers, Ennis scored three goals and had nine points. Those numbers are not jaw-dropping, but he also had a 37-point campaign in 70 games the season before. Therefore, he has the ability to produce decent offense as a depth piece.

We will have to wait and see if Ennis ends up landing a tryout with the Canucks. At this point, they would not be able to sign him to an actual deal, as they have to sign Elias Pettersson and Quinn Hughes first.
