Carolina Hurricanes With AMAZING Troll Job of Montreal Canadiens After Win

The Carolina Hurricanes and Montreal Canadiens may be the best rivalry in the NHL and it really has nothing to do with the play on the ice. After some more offer sheeting battling this past offseason with Jesperi Kotkaniemi the two teams met on Thursday night and the Hurricanes pulled off an epic troll job after the game.

First off, sure enough Kotkaniemi scores in his return to Montreal. It was only fitting and something that felt inevitable. But what happened after the game is what everyone's talking about. The Hurricanes twitter account sent out a tweet that stated "didthehabslose.com".

The site has since been taken down but the team sold Kotkaniemi and Sebastian Aho tee-shirts for $20 until they were sold out. Needless to say, they sold out like hot cakes, and the troll jobs continued. The best part was the codeword for the discount was "oui", yes in French.
