San Jose Sharks Claim Young Forward From Vancouver Canucks
The San Jose Sharks have claimed Jonah Gadjovich on waivers from the Vancouver Canucks.
When looking at San Jose's depth at forward, Gadjovich should have a better chance to land himself a full-time NHL job this season. He played marvelously last season with the Utica Comets of the AHL. In 19 games, he scored an impressive 15 goals and added three assists. We've claimed forward @JGadjovich off waivers from the Vancouver Canucks.

Gadjovich also played his first career NHL game with the Canucks last season, too. He did not record a point, but he did get into a notable fight with Connor Mackey after the latter boarded Matthew Highmore. He would receive a 10-minute misconduct and instigator minor along with his fighting major.
Gadjovich could end up being a very nice addition for San Jose. At just 22 years old, he still has room for improvement. This is especially the case if San Jose utilizes him in their bottom-six. His high degree of physicality would certainly benefit them, too.
